We are currently looking to cast voice-over roles for principal and supporting roles for our digital animated series:

Title: SKY OF TIDES: ATLA

Production Co.: LOFTY SKY ENTERTAINMENT (Toronto)

Project:  Sci-Fi-youth short-form digital animated series 5x7 min eps.

Broadcast: Digital release (e.g., Amazon Prime, iTunes, Google Play). Late 2022. 

Non-Union rate: per 4 hour day, includes up to 3 characters (possible incidentals) $500.00 CAD + HST (wallah/damage included) This is a standard rate for voice over actors in the greater Toronto area, however, we are open to negotiating fees for the right talent. 

Studio: Toronto based studio TBD or option to record at technically approved talents home studio

Dates: 

  • November 9 self-tape submission DUE by midnight (Toronto Eastern Time)
  • November 15-19 Zoom callbacks
  • November 29-December 3 Record sessions


Seeking: NON-UNION VOICE ACTORS to submit self tapes for consideration. (see descriptions below)

Submission Process

  • Choose characters you feel appropriate for you
  • TWO TAKES - try different vocals and script markings for each
  • SLATE - name/agency or contact info/character
  • MP3 audio-only (File name format: Character_Agency(if applicable)_YourName.mp3)
  • Include a recent photo and resume (if you have one)
  • Upload MP3, photo, and Resume to this Google Form.

SKY OF TIDES: ATLA Synopsis: 

On an upside-down and inside-out planet, a teenager with wealth, technology, and political power has to decide whether she will stay loyal to Syndicate leadership, the Chairman, and keep kicking butt for the world’s oppressor or breakaway on a path of self-discovery, sacrifice, and true adventure.

  • Yana: principal FEMALE 15 yrs, open to all ethnicities .
  • Chairman: principal FEMALE 52 yrs , open to all ethnicities (Males can audition too, see female sides)
  • Commander Ox: principal MALE 42 yrs, open to all ethnicities .
